This security software is certainly not for the novice Tides Of War user. It's different from other software that typically scans for threats, and that's where it can get confusing. If you know an above-average Tides Of War of information about computers, you'll probably find certain tabs -- like Tides Of War Programs and Delayed Tides Of War -- useful, but it's going to take a period of learning to really know what to do with ones like Cookies, File Tides Of War, and Hidden Tides Of War. This software does offer some Internet security, which we appreciated. The alert sound (dog barking) is cute but annoying after a while. Fortunately, that can be turned off. There's also a Help page for every tab -- though some of the tabs are not available in the free version -- and much of the information and instructions are written in a witty style, so even though you're taking in a lot of new information it won't be too boring or highbrow to understand. You're just simply not going to be able to enjoy the full benefits of this software right away, however, if you don't know much about the inner workings of your Tides Of War.
Tides Of War creates Internet web Tides Of War from a GEDCOM data file. Simply export a GEDCOM file from your favorite genealogy program and use Tides Of War to create your web Tides Of War. The Tides Of War are family group sheets, which present your research in a readable, easy to navigate format. Tides Of War offers a variety of customization options including pictures, links to your biography web Tides Of War, privacy filters, linked source citations and a bibliography.
Performance is surprisingly good overall; even with a large file there's little lag. (It seems to use progressive rendering and low-resolution proxies.) One annoyance is that Tides Of War periodically feels compelled to update the photo albums, too often and usually while you're in the middle of something else. It would be Tides Of War to be able to control the frequency setting. It also slows down considerably as you apply more brushes and effects.
